TANTALIZERS
Crab Cakes - SLV's own homemade crab cakes served on a bed
of spring greens with chipotle aioli

Grilled Shrimp Skewers - Succulent jumbo shrimp marinated in
Asian spices and served with Thai peanut sauce

Sausage Sampler - Assortment of three Gosar Sausages grilled
and served with onion applesauce, stone ground mustard,
sauerkraut and grill pita bread
GOSAR SAUSAGES
Locally made with five generations of experience and old world
recipes using naturally grown meat and organic spices with no
fillers, MSG, or nitrates
Pork Bavarian Sausage - A bratwurst style sausage grilled and
served with sauerkraut and stone ground mustard

Chili 'n Chive Chicken Sausage - Grilled and served with grilled red
onions, bell peppers and stone ground mustard

Chicken Hot Italian Sausage - Grilled and served with homemade
marinara sauce and melted Mozzarella cheese
SANDWICHES AND SALADS
Classic Rueben - Tender corned beef, fresh sauerkraut, and
melted swiss cheese stacked on marble rye with 1000 island
dressing

Portobello Mushroom Sandwich - A sauteed locally grown
Portobello mushroom with artichokes, peppers, and red onions
topped with melted Mozzarella cheese

Smoked Bacon Burger - Served with thick cut smoked bacon,
sauteed mushrooms and cheddar cheese

BLAT Sandwich - Thick smoked bacon, tomatoes, avocado, and
lettuce served on sourdough or wheat bread

Southwest Chorizo Salad - Gosar chorizo sausage served over
fresh Romain lettuce with salsa, sour cream and tortilla chips

Asian Noodle Salad - Angel hair pasta
tossed in our Asian dressing with bell
peppers, bean sprouts, green onions,
and carrots with chicken or tofu
ENTREES
Mongolian Barbecue Ribs - Saint Louis ribs marinated in our
special sauce, grilled and basted in our famous BBQ sauce served
with smashed potatoes and sauteed bok choy

Pepper Crusted Mahi-Mahi - Fresh pan seared with a miso
wasabi beurre blanc served with white rice and sauteed bok choy

Smoked Salmon Pasta - Salmon in a light lemon cream sauce
with diced tomotoes and red onions.  Served over bow tie pasta

Chicken Cordon Bleu - Tender chicken breast stuffed with honey
ham and swiss cheese lightly breaded, sauteed and topped with a
lemon beurre blanc.  Served with sauteed bok choy and smashed
potatoes

Rib Eye Steak - 10oz or 16oz, pan seared and seasoned to
perfection.  Served with smashed, baked or roasted potatoes

Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon - A choice cut of succulent 9oz beef
sliced thick with a crimini mushroom demi-glace.  Served with
smashed, baked, or roasted potatoes

Stout Marinated Pork Loin - Marinated in our Oatmeal Stout and
topped with a raspberry demi-glace.  Served with smashed
potatoes and sauteed bok choy

Braised Lamb Shank - Oven roasted with a mint merlot
demi-glace.  Served with smashed potatoes and sauteed bok choy

Three Mushroom Pasta - Locally grown crimini, portobello, and
button mushrooms sauteed in a roasted garlic cream sauce and
tossed with fresh spinach.  Served over bow tie pasta

Colorado Stream Trout - Oven baked, stuffed with crab and green
chili and topped with a lemmon beurre blanc sauce.  Served with
rice, baked, roasted, or smashed potatoes
